Responsibilities : As the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for critical centralized recruiting programs like Recruiter Enablement, Quality of Hire, or Business Engagement, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing program objectives, tracking metrics, and ensuring effective overall management. - Driving change management efforts within recruiting teams and collaborating with partners to ensure smooth transitions, monitored through adoption metrics. - Equipping stakeholders in recruiting with the knowledge and resources they need to thrive. - Maintaining an updated repository of knowledge articles to keep program information accurate and accessible. - Identifying operational enhancements within recruiting processes, aiming for measurable efficiency improvements. - Creating training guides and educational content to elevate recruiters’ skills, gauged by participant feedback and performance metrics. - Working closely with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers to identify and implement high-impact initiatives that advance our recruiting capabilities.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
