**Overview**
The Department of the Navy seeks an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Patuxent River, Maryland. This role requires a professional with extensive background in federal program management and international military partnerships.

Responsibilities **
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication with international partners to establish program requirements and ensure successful execution • Oversee Foreign Military Sales programs encompassing disclosure procedures, case development, and implementation • Navigate defense acquisition processes and program execution, including crafting Statements of Work and managing contractual procurement procedures • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver complex defense programs on schedule and within specifications

Requirements **
• Minimum one year of specialized experience at GS-13 grade level, NH-03 pay band, or equivalent in federal service, private sector, or public organizations • Demonstrated expertise in international partner communications for requirement establishment and program execution • Comprehensive knowledge of Foreign Military Sales programs including disclosure, case development, and execution phases • Strong understanding of defense acquisition and program execution processes, particularly Statement of Work development and contractual procurement •
Experience may include paid positions, volunteer work, and service through National Service programs (professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, or social activities)
