**Responsibilities**

As Staff Product Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead messaging and positioning initiatives across critical personas and product segments. Your mission includes collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to develop growth-focused thinking while building scalable marketing frameworks organization-wide. You'll craft compelling go-to-market programs showcasing how our solutions address customer challenges, mentor product teams on demand generation strategies, and translate complex technical capabilities into clear buyer value propositions. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution across content creation, launch management, and sales enablement.

**Requirements**

We're seeking a seasoned product marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. You'll partner extensively with product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams to develop customer evaluation materials, reference architectures, and implementation guidance. The ideal candidate combines strategic planning capabilities with tactical content creation skills - from blog posts and webinar frameworks to video scripts and competitive positioning materials. Experience in B2B technology marketing and comfort with open-source business models strongly preferred.
