Responsibilities **
• Partner strategically with clinical, operations, and product development teams to identify high-impact data initiatives aligned with organizational objectives • Champion stakeholder needs while collaborating with analysts, data engineers, application developers, and cross-functional partners • Create comprehensive strategy and roadmap focused on elevating analytics user experience and data accessibility across the organization • Collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Engineers, and Data Scientists to innovate execution methods for data roadmap deliverables while maintaining aggressive timelines • Drive feature iteration and insight generation through user testing, research, and market analysis to continuously improve platform effectiveness • Enable organizational self-service data capabilities as Equip scales its impact
