Responsibilities **
• Drive ownership of designated product segments and features to accelerate growth and enhancement • Partner with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to understand needs and shape strategic direction • Create detailed product specifications and collaborate with engineering to streamline development processes • Advocate passionately for customers and end-users while maintaining strong product opinions • Develop comprehensive technical product knowledge to engage meaningfully in design discussions with engineers • Manage complete project lifecycles from conception through delivery • Leverage data analytics, including complex analysis and A/B testing, to inform strategic decisions
