Responsibilities **
As Product Compliance Director, you'll spearhead mission-critical compliance initiatives that fuel responsible innovation and sustainable growth. Drive regulatory governance by developing comprehensive compliance frameworks covering marketing, origination, underwriting, servicing, collections, and credit reporting. Lead risk assessments and gap analyses while designing scalable first-line controls across technical and operational processes.
Create KRIs, metrics, and executive dashboards that illuminate compliance health for leadership and Board oversight. Serve as primary compliance strategist to Product, Engineering, Operations, and executive teams, ensuring regulatory excellence while preserving differentiated user experiences.

Requirements **
We seek a strategic compliance leader passionate about shaping product architecture and building scalable solutions in fast-paced fintech environments. You'll influence cross-functional decisions through compelling communication of compliance risks and recommendations.
Experience representing compliance in governance forums and product councils essential. Strong background in root-cause analysis and remediation planning for compliance issues required. Must excel at balancing customer experience, business objectives, and regulatory expectations while building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders.
