Responsibilities **
• Deliver outstanding customer service through chat and email channels • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients • Achieve team performance indicators and targets • Stay current with emerging technology trends and developments • Handle confidential customer data with the highest security standards • Implement best-in-class customer satisfaction methodologies • Develop comprehensive knowledge of client products and services • Collaborate with development teams and various IT company departments

Requirements **
• Native-level Polish language skills with B2 English proficiency • Minimum 6 months customer support experience required • Cryptocurrency experience essential (personal or professional) • Strong analytical thinking and research capabilities • Professional, positive, and accountable mindset • Personal computer with 8GB+ RAM and reliable internet (50+ Mbps download, 40+ Mbps upload) • CRM system familiarity preferred
