We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on significant responsibilities.

Responsibilities : In this role, you will oversee the performance and growth of our marketplace businesses, including Amazon and Etsy. Your tasks will involve planning, managing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies, with a focus on Amazon Ads. You will also create and enhance keyword-optimized product listings, analyze key performance indicators to guide improvements, and identify new marketplaces to scale our operations.

Requirements : The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related analytical field. You should possess a strong affinity for numbers and demonstrate a structured, data-driven approach to working with Excel. Your blend of analytical thinking and creativity will enable you to craft compelling product descriptions and provide valuable content insights for our design team.

Previous exposure to performance marketing across platforms like Meta, Google, or Amazon is an advantage. Proficiency in German (at least C1 level) is essential, both spoken and written. We value independence and a passion for making an impact in a rapidly growing startup.
