About Us : Since our inception in 2021, Momentum Games has been crafting engaging interactive crime games that immerse players into the role of detectives. With our Crime Cases brand, we proudly stand as a leading provider in the German-speaking market, captivating over 100,000 customers. Starting as a trio of students, we are consistently expanding our team and currently seeking to fill a key position in Performance Marketing.
Responsibilities : In this role, you will take full ownership of our Meta Ad account, overseeing the creative and performance landscape for Crime Cases. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting advertising concepts, particularly focusing on Reels for Instagram and Facebook. - Setting up structured tests and evaluating performance metrics to report results back to the team. - Collaborating with UGC creators, agencies, and editors to ensure compelling ads are produced from great ideas. - Working closely with Hannes (founder) to actively shape our paid social strategy.
Requirements : You might be the perfect fit for our team if you: - Have several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within the e-commerce sector. - Are proficient with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager. - Possess a keen eye for creatives and have basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut or Premiere). - Think entrepreneurially, work independently, and enjoy making decisions. - Can read, interpret, and derive actions from performance data. - Are an effective communicator, able to clearly brief and steer service providers.
