We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive innovation for our partner ecosystem, working with top Web3 apps, wallets, DEXs, and marketplaces.

Responsibilities **
• Lead product strategy and roadmap for MoonPay's B2B2C business, focusing on stablecoin initiatives and ramp solutions • Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, compliance, and design teams to deliver secure, scalable products • Own team OKRs and maintain direct communication channels with major industry players for product discovery • Define next-generation features for our market-leading on-ramp and off-ramp products • Explore new revenue diversification opportunities through innovative product development • Shape the vision and execution of globally accessible digital value solutions • Report directly to Senior Director of Product while managing fast-moving product initiatives
**
Requirements **
• 3+ years of Product Management experience specifically in fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain sectors • Demonstrated success leading product initiatives from discovery through full execution, with experience in both failures and wins • Deep knowledge of Web3 ecosystem including key players, emerging trends, and technological developments • Confidence engaging with C-level executives (CEOs, CTOs, CPOs) to identify problems and communicate MoonPay's value proposition • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work in fast-paced, innovative environment
