We are currently seeking a Partner Operations Manager in São Paulo, Brazil, to enhance our global Delivery function by optimizing partner and service performance. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in managing multiple partners and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
Responsibilities : As a Partner Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing the overall performance of your assigned partners or services, ensuring they deliver exceptional support to our community. - Setting your partners up for success by focusing on key metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. - Driving performance enhancements and operational excellence through effective accountability with outsourced partners. - Identifying and prioritizing key focus areas that align with company strategy to maximize impact. - Collaborating with internal teams such as Quality, Workforce Planning, and Training to gather performance insights and implement actionable improvements. - Serving as the primary liaison for your partner/service within the Delivery and Customer Support teams. - Reporting on performance metrics and progress to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. - Managing the implementation of new initiatives and projects that affect your partner or service, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
