Overview: Join FoodCheck, a forward-thinking tech company located in Munich, as a Part-Time Performance Marketing Manager. We are on a mission to revolutionize healthy eating through our innovative app, Labeless, which empowers consumers to make better food choices by scanning product barcodes for nutritional information. Responsibilities : In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing initiatives primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Your focus will be on enhancing return on ad spend (ROAS) and reducing cost per acquisition (CPA). You'll also develop and refine Web2App funnels to maximize mobile app installs from web traffic.

Additionally, you'll experiment with new acquisition strategies, analyze performance metrics to identify trends, and collaborate with our product team to create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Monitoring key growth indicators such as installs, retention, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) will be an essential part of your role, along with staying informed on platform updates and best practices.

Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within a mobile app or direct-to-consumer (D2C) setting. Proficiency in managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns is essential. Familiarity with Web2App funnels, deep linking, and mobile attribution tools like Adjust or AppsFlyer will be advantageous.

You should have a strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive informed decisions based on KPIs.

Experience with A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages is also required. A self-starter attitude is crucial, as well as fluency in English (German is a plus). Candidates should be based in or near Munich or be willing to work in a hybrid model.
