📋 Job Description
**Overview**
TestGorilla is seeking a passionate Customer Success Advisor to join our Americas team in a part-time capacity (20 hours/week). Working remotely in LATAM time zones, you'll play a vital role in our mission to help one billion people secure their dream jobs. This AI-first role involves managing approximately 100 SMB client accounts while building meaningful customer relationships that drive long-term success.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Guide new clients through streamlined onboarding processes to maximize Time-to-First-Value and establish foundations for sustained success
• Build and maintain robust relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, ensuring strategic alignment and demonstrable return on investment
• Harness AI-powered tools and automated workflows to effectively oversee your client portfolio and optimize daily operations
• Track customer wellness indicators to boost product engagement, increase feature utilization, and advance account maturity across TestGorilla's platform
• Apply data-driven analysis to spot potential churn risks early and implement rapid retention strategies to safeguard revenue
• Work closely with Account Management teams to ensure seamless renewals and uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Champion TestGorilla's values while fostering an inclusive environment and collaborating effectively across global teams
**Requirements**
• Experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles
• Strong communication skills with ability to conduct impactful discovery conversations
• Comfort with AI tools and automated systems for portfolio management
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze customer health metrics
• Availability to work 4 hours per weekday in LATAM time zone
• Located in eligible contracting country (check TestGorilla's hiring list)
• Passion for customer journey optimization and emerging technologies

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
