Responsibilities : In this crucial role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include independently preparing ongoing bookkeeping, verifying, categorizing, and recording incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring a complete and organized documentation structure, reconciling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts, monitoring outstanding items, and managing collections. You will also assist in payment processing, closely collaborate with our tax advisors, contribute to monthly and annual financial statements, create evaluations, and optimize existing accounting processes while supporting both internal and external reporting.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess a completed commercial education or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience in preparatory accounting or financial accounting. You should have strong expertise in invoice verification and categorization, be proficient in accounting software (e.g., DATEV or similar), and have a solid understanding of German tax and accounting regulations. A structured, independent, and meticulous working style, combined with a high affinity for numbers and a sense of responsibility, is essential.
