This remote full-time position is available to candidates in the Netherlands, Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Norway, and Sweden. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of a team of travel consultants, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
Responsibilities : As the Operations Supervisor, you will: - Lead and inspire a team of travel consultants to achieve and exceed performance goals. - Analyze performance data to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. - Design and implement training programs aimed at bridging competency gaps for team members. - Provide clients with essential industry insights, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties. - Stay informed on relevant regulations such as DOT, TSA, passports, and visas. - Conduct daily monitoring of global distribution systems (GDS) queues to ensure quality control.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will have: - Extensive experience in corporate travel management. - Proven supervisory experience in a similar role. - Advanced proficiency in the Amadeus GDS system. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
