Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Own and enhance partner programs serving diverse requirements across multiple payment institutions and financial partners
• Strategic Implementation: Deploy best practices that boost partnership performance and advance key strategic initiatives
• Project Excellence: Lead multiple initiatives focused on partner integrations, operational efficiency, and program maturity development
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and regulatory teams to align goals and deliver partner-focused outcomes
• Performance Management: Monitor program success metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous enhancement of money movement efficiency
• Stakeholder Relations: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans while maintaining close communication with Stripe's most important financial partners

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
