**Key Responsibilities**

• Execute comprehensive payroll reconciliation and on-cycle processing procedures
• Handle direct deposit inquiries and implement pay adjustments as needed
• Create and post accurate payroll journal entries
• Conduct employee time and attendance reconciliation
• Manage audit processes and handle escalation procedures effectively
• Produce both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting as required
• Resolve payroll-related queries promptly and professionally

**Essential Requirements**

• Advanced English proficiency plus fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, or Polish
• Proven experience in payroll specialist roles
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and payroll industry standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
• Outstanding communication abilities with strict confidentiality standards
• Solid grasp of HR processes including Center of Excellence and Operations
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel proficiency
• Working knowledge of ERP payroll systems
