In addition to the Basic
Requirements for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as professional Engineer or Scientist performing lithium battery safety testing in accordance with established standards (e.g. NAVSEA S9310-AQ-SAF-010, MIL-STDs, etc.); mentoring junior employees; managing project budgets and schedules; communicating (written and oral) with program sponsors and the NAVSEA technical warrant holder community; and an understanding of the safety protocols for handling high-energy systems.
