Overview: Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership position within a social psychiatry setting? The Zentrum für Soziale Psychiatrie (ZSP) Salzwedel invites applications for a key management role that promises both challenge and fulfillment. This facility specializes in integration assistance and stationary care with a focus on psychiatric services, currently operating 120 placements with a dedicated team of approximately 100 employees.
As a core component of the community psychiatric network under the Dr. Nowack Group, ZSP is committed to professional continuity and strategic growth. With an ongoing modernization and new construction project valued at around €15 million, we are seeking a financially savvy leader who is actively involved in daily operations and can shape the conceptual development of the facility.
Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a facility providing integration assistance and stationary psychiatric care. - Take operational responsibility while being closely connected to the day-to-day activities of the establishment. - Oversee controlling, budget planning, calculations, and economic processes. - Develop, review, and enhance business and organizational concepts. - Drive the organizational and conceptual advancement of the facility and its service offerings. - Participate in care rate negotiations, influencing the financial and strategic direction of the facility. - Collaborate with authorities, funding bodies, network partners, and other key stakeholders in the social and health sectors. - Ensure quality management and maintain high standards of care and support. - Represent the facility both internally and externally. - Play a crucial role in the generational transition with the potential for future sole leadership and management.
Requirements : - A completed degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related commercial field. - Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, with personnel responsibilities. - Strong background in budgeting, controlling, and business management. - Ability to analyze and create economic indicators and calculations responsibly. -
Experience in developing, revising, and coordinating concepts. - Entrepreneurial mindset, organizational strength, and proactive approach. - Independent, structured, and accountable work style. - Strong communication skills, collegiality, conflict resolution, and reliability. - Ideally, familiarity with stationary integration assistance (SGB IX) and/or stationary care (SGB XI); applications from related healthcare fields are also welcome. - Legal knowledge relevant to facility management and suitability according to WTG-PersVO LSA is preferred.
