This role offers you the opportunity to shape the future of central energy retail platforms, focusing on billing and CRM, while engaging in the digital transformation of the energy landscape. You will travel regularly across Europe, working on innovative solutions driven by smart meter data, dynamic pricing, and AI technologies.
Responsibilities : In this pivotal position, you will: - Develop and steer the international technology strategy and strategic roadmaps for mission-critical core platforms, particularly in billing and CRM, translating them into actionable initiatives. - Coordinate and support company-wide transformation programs and international platform rollouts, ensuring their successful execution. - Collaborate closely with C-level executives, engineering, and specialized teams, facilitating workshops, project reviews, and decision-making processes. You will help craft platform vision statements and provide management with informed insights for decision-making. - Build a cross-functional network across countries and organizational units to drive strategic platform initiatives and foster collaboration. - Evaluate future trends, including AI and Agentic AI, assessing their implications on core platforms and integrating these insights into strategies and implementations.
Requirements : To be considered for this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in the strategic development and management of core platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or Kraken, with a track record of creating and executing technological visions and roadmaps. -
Experience managing complex transformation programs and/or international rollouts within large organizations. - Strong stakeholder management skills that include advising C-level executives and effective communication with development and specialized teams. - A passion for connecting people, structuring discussions, and driving decision-making processes. - Fluency in German and proficient English.
