Responsibilities : In your role as Senior Staff Engineer for Payments, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and driving innovation within our Payments organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with senior leadership to establish and implement a long-term technical strategy that aligns with Airbnb's vision for the future. - Leading the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performing payment solutions. - Evaluating current and emerging technologies to foster a culture of sustainable innovation and guide the team’s technical direction. - Working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our community. - Steering multi-team initiatives and identifying business opportunities through collaboration and technical expertise.
