Responsibilities : In this strategic position, you will be responsible for the business development (BD) strategy and execution for two emerging partnership categories. Your focus will be on utility-driven partner services that meet essential traveler needs, such as airport transfers and grocery delivery, alongside supply acquisition through service platforms catering to both B2B and B2C markets, including private chefs and wellness professionals. Your role involves: - Crafting a comprehensive BD strategy that identifies key target industries, potential partners, and innovative use cases. - Developing compelling commercial frameworks and unique value propositions that elevate Airbnb's market presence. - Leading negotiations and structuring deals for high-priority partnerships, ensuring long-term success and sustainability.
