Key Responsibilities **
• Craft strategic vision and direction for Commercial/Marketing and Medical software solutions in the MedTech/Medical Device sector • Build comprehensive product roadmaps through market analysis, competitive research, and customer insights • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable product plans • Gather requirements from customers, sales, and support teams to create detailed PRDs and user stories • Guide engineering collaborations to deliver cutting-edge MedTech features and capabilities • Champion user experience excellence by working with UX teams on design optimization and usability testing • Manage strategic vendor partnerships to enhance product offerings and resolve technical challenges • Enable sales success through product expertise, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder training • Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements **
• Proven track record in product management within MedTech or Medical Device industries • Strong analytical skills for market research and competitive positioning •
Experience creating product requirements documentation and user stories • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, UX, sales, and customer success teams • Understanding of Commercial/Marketing software solutions in life sciences • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and training delivery • Strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution capabilities
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
