Responsibilities : In your role as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for Payments, you will drive the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies, such as large language model (LLM) workflows and real-time fraud detection systems. Your contributions will include: - Developing LLM agents and anomaly detection systems that address real-world challenges and enrich the user experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, operations, and data science to identify opportunities, fine-tune AI/ML specifications, and implement architectural choices that maximize business impact. - Designing, training, and deploying large-scale AI applications that handle both batch and streaming data, focusing on minimizing latency and ensuring high reliability through automated monitoring and retraining processes. - Mentoring fellow engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration and experimentation, where innovative research meets production standards, empowering everyone to push the boundaries of AI at Airbnb.
