The Lead, Leaves and Accommodations will oversee and manage leave of absence, time-off, and workplace accommodation programs, primarily for the U.S. while ensuring global consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, program management, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance the employee experience.
