Responsibilities : As a key member of the Global Markets Tech team, your mission will be to drive innovative product developments that facilitate our international expansion. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and regional teams to tailor our offerings to meet diverse market needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with PMs, Designers, and Data Scientists to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics while crafting a detailed technical roadmap. - Writing and reviewing technical designs, balancing trade-offs, and managing inter-team dependencies. - Developing high-quality production code and services, ensuring robust testing, documentation, and performance metrics. - Leading design and code reviews, mentoring fellow engineers, and promoting consistent engineering practices. - Overseeing project delivery, managing execution risks, communicating updates to stakeholders, coordinating launches, and analyzing post-launch data to drive improvements.
Requirements : - Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Japanese or Korean is advantageous. - A minimum of 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience with proven success in deploying production systems. - Strong grasp of large-scale backend architecture and distributed systems. - A focus on scalability and performance in your engineering approach. - A passion for driving measurable growth through technology in diverse international markets.
