Our engineers focus on architecture and decision-making, allowing AI to handle execution. When you join us, you become the product manager of your own AI team, equipped with effective tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and others that truly enhance productivity.
Responsibilities : As a pivotal technical leader in enterprise projects on AWS, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and craft tailored solutions. Your role involves orchestrating AI agents, generating Infrastructure as Code, critically evaluating the output, and iterating on your designs. You will be responsible for creating high-availability AWS architectures and implementing them using AI-assisted Infrastructure as Code.
Additionally, you will engage directly with clients on their cloud strategies and migration projects, utilize AI CLI tools as multipliers, mentor fellow engineers, and establish technical standards while making significant architectural decisions.
Requirements : - A minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS and cloud architecture. - AWS Professional certification or equivalent. - Proficiency with at least one AI CLI tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI). - Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation. - Security awareness tailored to enterprise needs. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. - Fluent in both German and English.
