Responsibilities : As the Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in advancing our machine distribution network across Italy. Your main responsibilities will include: - **Account Relationship Management:** Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key machine distributors, serving as their primary contact for all business-related inquiries. Conduct regular strategic planning sessions and business reviews. - **Sales & Revenue Growth:** Propel sales through distributor channels by establishing and monitoring sales goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated accounts and regions, collaborating with internal teams to create customized solutions for distributors. - **Business Planning & Forecasting:** Develop comprehensive joint business plans with distributors, including accurate sales forecasts and marketing strategies. Monitor performance against targets and provide insightful sales forecasts to senior management. - **Distributor Development & Support:** Equip distributors with essential training, product knowledge, and marketing resources. Assist them in enhancing their sales capabilities and resolving issues related to pricing, inventory, and customer service. - **Market Approach & Strategy:** Gather and analyze market intelligence, identifying trends and competitor actions.

Use this data to refine strategies for product positioning and optimize distribution. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Partner with various internal teams, including marketing, finance, and product management, to ensure successful execution of promotional campaigns and new product launches. - **Compliance & Contract Management:** Ensure that all distributor activities align with contractual obligations and legal standards. Negotiate commercial agreements that promote mutual success.

Requirements : - Proven experience in account management or sales within a distribution context. - Strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset. - Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
