We Work Remotely is seeking a motivated Junior Customer Support Analyst to join our global support team. Based remotely with headquarters in Bangalore, India, we're a leading SAAS platform serving 300+ media companies, processing $40+ billion in revenue, and supporting 25,000+ users worldwide. With over 20 years in the AdTech industry and 1100+ employees across 12 global offices, we help media companies manage advertising across linear TV and digital platforms.

Responsibilities **
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex post-implementation customer issues to drive success and product adoption • Develop expertise in our software solutions, diagnostic tools, and support procedures • Deliver swift incident resolution within established SLA timeframes • Collaborate across internal departments including Product Management, Solutions, TechOps, Customer Success, and Engineering • Maintain professional customer relationships while representing our company values • Contribute valuable insights to our support knowledge repository • Support operational initiatives including customer production environment monitoring • Handle multiple customer accounts and projects with strong attention to detail

Requirements **
• Bachelor's degree required (technical background preferred) • Outstanding English communication abilities, both written and verbal • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with solution-oriented mindset • Positive attitude with excellent follow-through on commitments • Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines • Professional composure when handling difficult customer scenarios •
Experience recreating technical issues in test environments • Superior interpersonal and customer service abilities • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency • Preferred: Customer support experience, SQL knowledge, software development lifecycle understanding
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
