Overview: Join Stellantis &You Deutschland, a prominent automotive dealership network and part of Stellantis, located in Berlin. We offer an extensive range of brands including ABARTH, ALFA ROMEO, CITROËN, DS AUTOMOBILES, FIAT, FIAT Professional, JEEP, OPEL, and PEUGEOT. We are currently seeking a Junior Controller to enhance our finance team at our Tempelhof location.
Responsibilities : As a Junior Controller, you will contribute to budget and forecast planning while assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Regular analysis and review of overhead costs will be part of your role, along with the monthly reporting to relevant departments. You will also play a key role in defining measures for performance optimization and tracking their implementation.
Monitoring various statistics related to accounts receivable and collaborating with local departments will be essential. Additionally, accurate documentation of various processing statuses and serving as a point of contact for departments regarding controlling queries will be vital. You will maintain regular communication with the branch’s finance manager and central controllers.
Requirements : Candidates should possess a completed vocational training as an automotive sales professional, tax specialist, or a degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling. A minimum of three years of relevant work experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and familiarity with SAP FI/CO is advantageous.
Excellent German language skills are required, and English proficiency is a plus. We value independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
