We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our vibrant IT team in Canada. If you’re passionate about customer service and have a knack for technical troubleshooting, we’d love to have you onboard.

Responsibilities : In this pivotal role, you will take charge of complex technical issues escalated from Level 2 support, ensuring they are resolved efficiently or escalated appropriately. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing escalated issues with a focus on thorough resolution • Conducting advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex problems • Guiding customers through intricate platform solutions and multi-step fixes • Documenting unresolved issues for timely escalation to Level 4 support while maintaining clear communication • Creating and updating knowledge base articles to streamline future resolutions • Communicating effectively with clients on high-priority cases

Requirements : To thrive in this role, you should possess: • A Bachelor’s degree • A minimum of 4 years in customer support • Strong aptitude for customer service and technical challenges • Excellent problem-solving skills
