📋 Job Description

Overview: MARA Solutions has been recognized by Hotel Tech Report as the top provider of Online Reputation Management for hotels in both 2025 and 2026. Our AI assistant streamlines the process of responding to online reviews, allowing for a more personalized and effective approach to managing online reputation. We are seeking a dedicated part-time Customer Support Specialist (with the possibility of full-time) to enhance our support team and help shape our customers' success through exceptional service.

Responsibilities : As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our users, playing a vital role in their product experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and categorizing incoming support requests. - Providing swift, clear, and solution-focused responses to customer inquiries. - Analyzing and troubleshooting issues, escalating them when necessary. - Gradually familiarizing yourself with our tool to handle more complex queries independently. - Assisting the Customer Success Team, including onboarding new clients. - Identifying recurring issues and contributing to the enhancement of our tool and Help Center. - Ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our product.

Requirements : - Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both German and English (additional languages are a plus). - Strong customer and service orientation. - Structured, reliable, and independent work ethic in a remote setup. - Curiosity, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of diverse tasks in a dynamic environment. - Basic familiarity with technology-driven work settings. - Bonus:

Experience in the hospitality sector or the software/SaaS industry is advantageous but not required.
