Responsibilities ":"As the Operations Program Manager for Product Support, you will take charge of significant initiatives that bridge the gap between support operations, tools, and process enhancements. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional partners in Product Support, Engineering, Product, Analytics, Legal, and Security to convert vague challenges into structured strategies and tangible results. You'll play a critical role in enhancing both internal processes and the external customer experience as Figma continues to grow.

Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Leading complex, cross-functional programs to boost Product Support's scalability, efficiency, and quality. 2. Managing initiatives from inception to execution, including planning, rollout, and continuous improvement. 3.

Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Data, and Support teams to refine tools, workflows, and processes. 4. Defining the scope, success criteria, milestones, risks, and operational rhythms to bring order to uncertain situations. 5. Facilitating change management and ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes to empower teams during transitions. 6.

Analyzing support data, customer feedback, and operational signals to prioritize enhancements. 7. Clearly communicating progress, tradeoffs, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.","

Requirements ":"If you have a track record of successfully leading complex programs as a Program Manager or in a similar capacity, we would love to hear from you. Ideal candidates will possess: 1. Proven experience in managing intricate programs with full ownership from beginning to end. 2.

A background in Customer Support, Product Support, or Customer Operations. 3. Comfort in collaborating with technical teams and navigating both operational and technical challenges. 4. Strong communication and persuasive skills, enabling you to foster alignment and drive initiatives forward."}
