Responsibilities : As a Senior AI Engineer within our dynamic ClickUp Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intelligent, user-oriented features powered by cutting-edge AI and large language models (LLMs). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate user insights into innovative technical solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and implementation of AI-enhanced features that enhance the user experience. - Collaborating with various teams to identify areas for AI innovation and ensure the seamless integration of AI into our product. - Orchestrating multiple AI models and LLMs to deliver personalized and contextually aware user experiences. - Prototyping and refining new AI functionalities based on user feedback and performance data. - Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI features in a production setting. - Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI research to inform our product roadmap. - Addressing privacy, security, and compliance issues related to AI utilization, ensuring ethical practices. - Mentoring fellow engineers and sharing best practices in AI product development.
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should have: - Extensive experience in developing and launching AI-powered features in a production environment. - A comprehensive understanding of LLMs and AI models, including their application and integration. - Proficiency with orchestration frameworks and experience in creating cohesive user experiences with multiple AI models. - Knowledge of evaluation frameworks and metrics for assessing the impact of AI features on users and business outcomes. - Familiarity with AI privacy and compliance standards. - A minimum of 5 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, particularly with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages. - At least 5 years of experience with databases such as PostgresDB or MySQL.
