Responsibilities As a GTM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role at the crossroads of sales, marketing, data, and automation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and optimizing the technical framework that supports Ampliphi’s revenue engine. - Taking ownership of our CRM architecture (preferably HubSpot), and optimizing lifecycle stages, pipeline structures, and attribution logic. - Creating automated workflows for lead management, including routing, scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle progression. - Ensuring data accuracy and integrity while documenting scalable GTM systems and processes. - Implementing automation across marketing and sales platforms, and connecting tools via APIs, webhooks, and integrations. - Developing dashboards to track pipeline, funnel performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion metrics. - Running outbound experiments and optimizing acquisition funnels to enhance conversion rates. - Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to improve pipeline velocity and support expansion initiatives.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience in CRM architecture and automation. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and outbound infrastructure. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
