Responsibilities : - Assist in the recruitment process and manage applicant tracking. - Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members. - Maintain and organize data within our CRM system. - Address inquiries through our ticketing system efficiently. - Document and organize various administrative HR processes.
Requirements : - A structured and dependable work ethic is essential. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency with digital tools and platforms. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is advantageous. - Previous HR experience is a plus, although not mandatory.
