HR Business Partner Supervisor Role at Deloitte - São Paulo Remote

**Responsibilities**

As HRBP Supervisor, you'll serve as the go-to expert for Business Partner operations, handling substantial demand volumes while creating, compiling, and analyzing HR metrics to drive data-based improvement initiatives. You'll oversee the complete Performance Management cycle, facilitate calibration committees across departments, and support both onboarding and offboarding processes. Additional duties include leading strategic area projects, developing executive presentations and management reports, managing position openings, departures, and intern oversight. You'll also support Business Partners on strategic matters and business initiatives while leading and mentoring a team of analysts.

**Requirements**

Candidates must possess a completed university degree (post-graduation preferred) and demonstrate intermediate to advanced English proficiency. São Paulo residency is required with availability for in-office presence three times weekly. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, while Analytics knowledge provides additional value. Preferred qualifications include solid Business Partner experience and an analytical, consultative, results-driven profile.
