**Overview**
Gordon Food Service - Canada seeks a dynamic Healthcare Sales Specialist to lead business development across Edmonton's healthcare, senior living, and community sectors. This role combines strategic territory ownership with consultative partnership, where you'll drive sustainable growth while delivering exceptional service and innovative food solutions to your dedicated client base.
**Responsibilities**
• Develop and execute S.M.A.R.T. goals through focused daily activities and strategic follow-up initiatives
• Build consultative partnerships with healthcare and senior living facilities, delivering comprehensive menu solutions and market trend analysis
• Manage complete territory financial performance by monitoring AOP targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing margin enhancement strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between customers and internal teams including Nutrition Resource Centre, Innovation, Transportation, and Credit departments
• Cultivate strategic relationships with GPO representatives throughout your territory
• Identify new business prospects while strengthening existing client partnerships through value-added services
• Serve as liaison between customers and external partners including brokers and vendors
**Requirements**
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service expertise
• Proven experience delivering training programs and educational workshops
• Demonstrated success in building lasting client relationships
• Superior organizational, time management, and analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Platform applications
• Healthcare or foodservice industry background preferred
• Strong collaborative skills with ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical standards
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving program requirements and new technologies
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout assigned territory

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
