**Responsibilities**

*Strategic Business Leadership:* Drive continuous growth through innovative business solutions, budget development, and P&L analysis. Monitor key performance indicators and conduct monthly business reviews to achieve financial objectives while planning future expansion opportunities.

*Client Partnership Excellence:* Provide strategic direction to strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Develop tailored strategies aligned with client needs, ensuring contract compliance and performance standards. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to maintain Goal Zero standards.

*Team Development & Culture:* Lead diverse teams through example, managing the complete HR lifecycle from recruitment to career development. Build positive relationships with unions where applicable and actively participate in employee engagement initiatives.

*Operational Excellence:* Maintain strict compliance across all service deliveries while fostering robust health and safety culture. Champion diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
