Now we need someone who thinks like a founder, executes like a specialist, and wants to build something they're proud of. Tasks Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands (Meta, Google, TikTok) Build a structured testing framework for creatives, hooks, and audiences Work closely with brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives Set up and improve tracking & attribution from the ground up (Shopify, GA4) Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into action Scale winning campaigns and systematically improve CAC Think in funnels and customer journeys — not just channels
Requirements Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Shopping)— this is your core craft (must-have) Analytical mindset: you read numbers, draw conclusions, test hypotheses
Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization No fear of ambiguity — you create structure where there is none Nice to have: Shopify experience TikTok Ads Attribution and tracking setup know-how
