Responsibilities - Formulate and execute the marketing strategy for both 12minutes and ouchie, enhancing our marketing engine. - Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy across both brands. - Drive scaling efforts in paid advertising, content creation, influencer partnerships, CRM, and conversion optimization. - Identify and test new avenues for growth while refining existing performance frameworks. - Expand cross-selling opportunities, optimize funnels, and enhance customer retention. - Manage external partnerships and internal resources effectively. - Explore internationalization opportunities, new channels, and team expansion in the future.
Requirements - Proven experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, or growth marketing, with tangible success in brand scaling or digital business development. - Strong strategic and operational skills, with a firm grasp of KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership and a proactive approach. - Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English.
