Responsibilities **
• Lead complete ownership of customer onboarding processes, guiding clients through operational setup efficiently • Serve as the primary customer contact across multiple channels including email, phone, and Zoom for platform navigation and non-self-service features • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve customer tickets and inquiries • Maintain and organize customer information in our CRM system HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and completeness • Support customers in maximizing platform value and functionality

Requirements **
• Previous experience in customer-facing positions (Customer Service, Operations, SDR, Sales, etc.) with B2B/SaaS background preferred • Proficiency with customer service platforms such as HubSpot, Dixa, Zendesk, or comparable tools • Fluent German language skills with strong English communication abilities • Google Sheets experience required • Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities • Strong interest in learning Business-to-Business Software as a Service and e-commerce pricing strategies • Self-starter mentality with ambitious yet humble approach • Team-first attitude with willingness to voice ideas and opinions
