French-Speaking Solutions Architect for Startups & SMBs at Stripe

This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic business consulting. You'll collaborate with Sales teams to identify and qualify new opportunities, showcase Stripe's platform capabilities, and architect comprehensive solutions for payment processing, money movement, and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical executives at key accounts to present technology roadmaps, showcase innovations, and develop strategic solutions
• Drive technical conversations and conduct in-depth solution presentations highlighting Stripe's value proposition
• Champion customer requirements internally, working with product engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and product development
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews with clients, uncover growth opportunities, and contribute to comprehensive account strategies alongside sales teams
• Develop technical resources including reference architectures and demonstrations, while representing Stripe as a thought leader at industry events

Requirements

We seek an experienced technologist who blends technical mastery with exceptional business consulting abilities. While capable of coding, you'll focus on collaborating with customers to design Stripe solutions supporting their business goals in complex, mission-critical environments. You should demonstrate strategic thinking about business possibilities and communicate clearly to build confidence in Stripe's technology across all organizational levels, from C-suite executives to product engineering teams.
