We're seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager for our Flights division to spearhead post-booking modification capabilities—a mission-critical component of our platform that sits at the crossroads of travel innovation and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities **
• Develop and execute product strategy for comprehensive post-booking modification capabilities within the Flights ecosystem • Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention through strategic experimentation and AI-powered product innovations • Enhance Engine's Flights business by creating world-class flexibility features that elevate the customer journey • Collaborate on partnership strategies that amplify Engine's value proposition alongside Product and Business Development teams • Lead cross-functional initiatives with design, engineering, product operations, customer experience, and sales teams from concept to post-launch optimization • Partner with fellow Product Managers across Travel and related verticals

Requirements **
• 5+ years in product management with specialized focus on flights travel (post-booking/modification experience highly valued) • Deep expertise in flights post-booking customer journeys and airline connectivity systems • Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional systems from ground zero with long-term vision •
Experience utilizing AI tools and automation for workflow optimization and experience personalization • Strategic mindset combined with execution excellence—equally comfortable with big-picture planning and detailed implementation • Natural leadership abilities with mentoring instincts that elevate teams and individuals
