**Responsibilities**

As a Financial Analyst, you'll ensure accuracy and timely delivery of cost forecasts and financial reporting for service delivery and customer experience divisions. You'll own cost forecasting mechanics, reconcile actuals across financial and operational systems, and proactively spot variances and data inconsistencies. Your role includes driving budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing operational and financial trends from various sources, and presenting findings to senior leadership. You'll develop analytical models and reports for tracking business metrics, enhance operational policies and procedures, and serve as a financial consultant helping internal stakeholders understand the monetary impact of business decisions.
