**Overview**
Tim Hortons in New Richmond, Quebec is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our fast food operations. This hands-on leadership role offers flexible scheduling across morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts, plus comprehensive health benefits including dental, health care, and vision coverage. Note that reliable transportation is required as public transit is unavailable in this location.

Responsibilities **
• Oversee and coordinate food preparation staff activities and workflow • Provide comprehensive training to team members on job responsibilities, sanitation protocols, and workplace safety • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food products and customer service delivery • Track and document inventory levels, equipment maintenance needs, sales data, and waste management • Apply knowledge of Tim Hortons' menu offerings and culinary standards • Work effectively under pressure while meeting tight operational deadlines • Maintain prolonged standing positions throughout shifts with keen attention to detail

Requirements **
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service or restaurant management • No formal education requirements - we value experience and skills • Strong customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal abilities • Excellent verbal communication skills and team collaboration mindset • Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and ability to take initiative • Authorization to work in Canada • Willingness to relocate to New Richmond, Quebec • Ability to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends • Meet language requirements as specified
