Overview: Join N2JSoft, a forward-thinking company in the B2B Fintech SaaS sector, as we seek an accomplished Product Designer to complement our team. Based remotely, you will work alongside Fanny, our Lead Product Designer, to innovate our expense management platform, expanding it into a comprehensive suite of accounting products including payment cards and invoice management. This is an exciting opportunity to tackle significant challenges in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities : As a Full-Stack Product Designer, you will be the advocate for our users and a vital driver of product excellence. Your main responsibility will be to design seamless end-to-end user experiences for our platform, which consists of a responsive web application and native mobile apps (iOS & Android). Your tasks will include: - Conducting user research and strategy to understand the needs of our B2B clients through qualitative and quantitative studies, including interviews, tests, and surveys. - Leveraging product data from tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hotjar to inform decisions, assess performance, and uncover impactful opportunities. - Synthesizing insights to define problems to be solved in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Lead Product Designer. - Designing UX/UI for complex B2B products, creating user journeys, flows, and wireframes that align with business logic. - Producing high-fidelity UI mockups that maintain product identity across all platforms. - Ensuring a smooth and qualitative experience on both responsive web (desktop/tablet) and native mobile (iOS/Android). - Integrating accessibility best practices (RGAA/WCAG) from the design phase. - Actively contributing to the evolution and maintenance of the design system. - Documenting and justifying design choices in a structured and factual manner. - Rapidly prototyping using Figma, including auto-layout and components. - Collaborating daily with Tech and Product teams for design QA, feasibility, and Agile delivery.
Requirements : - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design for B2B SaaS products, with a strong ability to lead projects from conception to delivery. - Comprehensive expertise in the UX/UI cycle, from discovery to delivery. - Pragmatic mindset to steer design decisions towards practical, useful, and implementable solutions, considering real-world constraints such as user needs, technical limitations, timelines, and business goals, while prioritizing impact over theoretical perfection. - Comfortable working with complex and structured business interfaces. - Strong analytical skills to interpret and integrate qualitative and quantitative data.
