Overview Join Ryz Labs as a NetSuite Developer specializing in Field Service Management (FSM). This remote opportunity is exclusively available for candidates based in Argentina and Uruguay. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting, enhancing, and refining NetSuite solutions that streamline field operations and elevate service delivery.
Responsibilities - Tailor and enhance NetSuite to meet the needs of business and field service operations. - Develop, maintain, and optimize scripts, workflows, and configurations within the NetSuite platform. - Support and improve FSM processes, focusing on work orders, dispatch, and service tracking. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions. - Establish and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business systems to ensure seamless operations. - Diagnose system issues and provide ongoing support for optimization efforts. - Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployments to enhance performance. - Ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and compliance with best practices.
Requirements - Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or in a similar capacity. - Strong understanding of NetSuite's customization and configuration features. -
Experience with field service or service-based business processes is essential. - Familiarity with system integrations and data flows between different platforms. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the initiative to work independently. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Qualifications - Knowledge of FSM concepts including scheduling, dispatching, or mobile workforce support. - Understanding of ERP systems and their associated business process workflows. -
Experience in service-oriented industries. - Any certifications or training related to NetSuite are a plus.
