We're seeking a strategic and innovative recruiter to expand our Engineering and Specialized Tech teams across the Americas through a fixed-term contract position in Toronto.

Responsibilities

In this high-impact role, you'll own end-to-end recruiting while driving hiring strategy and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies that achieve headcount targets
• Work closely with recruiting analytics teams to ensure accurate hiring progress reporting to business leaders
• Establish cross-functional relationships with compensation, HR, finance, and other departments to scale hiring initiatives
• Create and maintain robust candidate pipelines through branding initiatives, events, and employee referral programs
• Deliver timely metrics reporting and insights to inform decisions and enhance recruiting processes

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
• Proven track record collaborating with hiring teams as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process
