Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower ND-04 pay band (GS-12/13 equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Engineer or Scientist performing Navy related biofouling control research, development, testing, and evaluation; mentoring others to become SMEs through formal and informal methods; preparing and providing technical expertise on proposals, technical reports, specifications, work plans and project reviews; and managing the growth and development of a portfolio of Navy biofouling control projects.
